Gary Perkins
Head of Quality Services Customer Relations Process/Research, MilliporeSigma

Gary Perkins is the Global Director of Quality Services Customer Relations for MilliporeSigma, responsible for the quality relationships for Global Strategic Accounts in both the Process Solutions and Research Solutions business units.

He has worked throughout his career helping establish and improve Quality Systems in regulated industries. He has managed multiple FDA and EMEA Inspections covering APIs and Excipients. Previous responsibilities include assessing and managing risk for manufacturing operations, leading customer audits and ISO certification inspections, managing project implementation teams, policy and system rollouts, and facility expansion and renovations. Throughout his career he has placed an emphasis on exceeding customer expectations through transparent and open communication, meeting commitments, and continuous improvement.

He has been working in quality in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years. He received a BS degree in Biology and a BS in Psychology from Missouri State University.

Gary is currently a Board Member for Rx-360, and is co-chair of the Supplier-Led Working Group.
