Use the SCAR template web form to streamline your supplier quality management and reinforce patient safety.

Example Use Case #1: Customer sends the link to the supplier to complete the SCAR template web form. Supplier inputs the email for the customer contact person as the recipient of the completed SCAR document or the customer inputs their own email as the recipient of the completed SCAR document and sends it to the customer. 

Example Use Case #2: Customer requests the information from the supplier and inputs the responses into the SCAR template web form themselves. Customer inputs their own email as the recipient of the completed SCAR document.
