Yes, Rx-360 operates as a 501c6 nonprofit based in Philadelphia, PA (United States). Rx-360 also maintains a separate Education and Research Foundation that is registered as a nonprofit 501c3.

Rx-360 was founded in 2009.
Does Rx-360 have a Board of Directors?
Rx-360 has a Board of Directors that has representation of all membership tiers. The Board seat is organization based and represented by an individual of that organization. The Board of Directors managed separate Board Committees that include the Executive Team, The Supply Chain Security and Integrity Committee, The Material Quality Committee, The Membership Value Committee, and the Audit Committee.
