Lucy has thirty years of experience in the manufacturing and quality areas of Biologics and small molecule products. Lucy held various roles at Genentech and Roche in the areas of Quality Assurance for clinical and commercial products, Operations, Compliance, and Quality Control plant operations.
Lucy has extensive experience managing commercial and clinical contract manufacturers, direct material suppliers and service providers operating worldwide located in the Americas, Europe, and APAC regions.
Currently Lucy is the Head of Global Supplier Quality responsible for the management of Roche Pharma direct materials (chemicals and components including medical devices) and outsourced service providers . The team is responsible for qualifying and monitoring Roche suppliers worldwide of clinical and commercial material for biologics, small molecule products and medical devices. In addition, Lucy s responsible for the development of specifications and lifecycle management for materials and medical devices used in all Roche products.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and she is an expert in the management of outsourced manufacturing entities, suppliers and auditing.
