Cláudia Ferreira

Claudia has extensive experience in new product introduction from the clinical phase to successful commercialization of new chemical entities in the CDMO space.

Claudia started her career in 1995 and held various roles at Hovione in the areas of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Program Management and R&D General Management, including two international postings in Macau, China, and New Jersey, US.

In 2019, Cláudia assumed the VP Quality function overseeing Hovione quality operations in US, Europe and China.

Currently Claudia is a member of Hovione´s Global Leadership Team as VP for Environment, Health, Safety, Quality & Regulatory ensuring a strong Quality, Safety, and Sustainability culture, systems and processes globally.

Cláudia has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Lisbon, and M.B.A. from AESE/IESE Business School.
